It is important that we have the most current and accurate contact information for each of our members.
Why do we need your information?
- If time allows, we attempt to contact members to prepare them for scheduled outages or work being done in their area.
- Because we are a not-for-profit business, we periodically send capital credit checks or refunds to our members.
- We monitor our members' accounts for extreme energy use fluctuations to ensure that our equipment is working properly and members can be confident they have been billed correctly. If we believe there is an issue, we contact the member to research the problem and correct it.
