If you normally pay your bill online, use our mobile app or are enrolled in Autopay, you will enjoy our new SmartHub tool! *Autopay is an online service. Members that use autopay previously registered online and provided credit card information. This is not the same as BankDraft, where the member provided bank routing information and have their payments deducted from their bank account each month. Only Autopay users will need to re-enter and enroll using the new system to continue using this service. |
BANK DRAFT |
If you currently enjoy our BankDraft service and have enrolled to allow your monthly bill to be deducted from your bank account each month, you will not need to change a thing! Your information will safely transfer to our new system and this service will not be interrupted. If you would like to sign up for BankDraft service and receive a one-time $10 bill credit, visit www.shelbyenergy.com/startbankdraft |
